I listen past what you're saying to what you actually mean, so you finally get clear on what you want and what's been holding you back.
Somatic
Your body, mind, and nervous system work as one, so we tend to all of them through meditative, mindful, restorative practice. Your nervous system learns that your next level is safe, so you feel calmer and more grounded, and the change actually holds instead of fading.
Doula
I hold you through your transition, with support and accountability at every step. You don't cross into your next life alone, and you don't slip back into the old one.

I know this because I've lived it. I walked away from the Ivy League path I was "supposed" to want and chose a life that actually fit me. This method came from that choice.
For six years, I held women as they crossed into birth as a trauma-informed doula. Now I hold that same threshold for every other leap: into more money, more visibility, more of who you really are. I won't hand you a script. Most of what happens in our sessions surfaces once your body and nervous system feel safe enough to let it, and years of meditation and intuitive attunement mean I'm often meeting what you haven't said yet.
Reality is more flexible than you were taught. The gap between where you are and who you already know you are isn't fixed. It moves the moment your relationship to it does. Every version of your life already exists; you get to choose yours.
